45 Minute Discovery

So you are probably wondering what is a Discovery Call and why should I book one?

Well, what I can tell you it's not is a sales pitch. It’s the first part of our proven approach to successful content technology transformation projects.

As technologists, we want to share our experience of past projects and provide guidance on the next steps you should take.

In the 45 minutes, we will:

• Start with identifying your problems and getting to know your business / organisation.
• Review your resourcing to make sure you have the right skills and breadth to succeed.
• Assess your goals and timeframes - are they realistic?
• Review your current technology stack - good, bad, legacy?
• Discuss industry specific trends and strategy

After the session we will further assess the information collated and send you a report of recommendations that will get you moving.
