As 2020 comes to a close, we would like to thank all of our customers and partners, especially in such a difficult year. We want to inform you of our holiday closing period for December 2020 and January 2021.
The Creative Folks Support Desk provides standard service hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays).
The following are public holidays in NSW:
- Friday, the 25th of December (Christmas Day)
- Monday, the 28th of December (Boxing Day)
- Friday, the 1st of January (New Year’s Day)
The main office will close for business at 5:00 PM on Thursday, the 24th of December and will reopen at 8:30 AM on Monday, the 4th of January. We will have a skeleton support team working remotely and for our clients with Managed Support agreements, we will provide you with a hotline number if you need to contact us during this time.
