As 2021 comes to a close, we would like to thank all of our customers and partners, especially in such a difficult year. We want to inform you of our holiday closing period for December 2021 and January 2022.
The Creative Folks Support Desk provides standard service hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday excluding NSW public holidays).
The following are public holidays in lieu for NSW:
- Monday, the 27th of December
- Tuesday, the 28th of December
- Monday, the 3rd of January
The main office will close for business at 5:00 PM on Friday, the 24th of December 2021 and will reopen at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, the 4th of January 2022. We will have a skeleton support team working remotely on the 29th, 30th and 31st of December for our clients with Managed Support agreements.
