As 2022 comes to a close, we would like to thank all our customers and partners; we have enjoyed working alongside you this year. We want to inform you of our holiday closing period for December 2022 and January 2023.
The Creative Folks Support Desk provides standard service hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
The following are public holidays in NSW:
- Monday, the 26th of December, 2022
- Tuesday, the 27th of December, 2022
- Monday, the 2nd of January, 2023
The main office will close for business at 5:00 PM on Friday, the 23rd of December 2022 and reopen at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, the 3rd of January 2023. We will have a skeleton support team working remotely on the 28th, 29th and 30th of December for our clients with Managed Support agreements.
