As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to thank all our customers and partners; we have enjoyed working alongside you this year. We want to inform you of our holiday closing period for December 2025 and January 2026.
The Creative Folks Support Desk provides standard service hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM AEDT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
The following are public holidays in NSW:
- Christmas Day - Thursday, December 25th, 2025
- Boxing Day - Friday December 26th, 2025
- New Years Day - Thursday, January 1st, 2026
The main office will close for business at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 24th, 2025, and reopen at 8:30 AM on Monday, January 5th, 2026. We will have a skeleton support team working remotely on the 29th, 30th, and 31st of December and January 2nd 2026 for our clients with Managed Support agreements.
