The giving season is upon us once again! After the awful run our fellow Aussies in regional areas have had to endure in recent times - fires, floods, plagues and the pandemic - we at Creative Folks HQ are in the spirit of giving back and supporting those who need it most.
With this in mind, we have considered that our farmers, families and their communities are in more of a need than us in the City and have decided that we will donate our seasonal fund allocation for customer gifts and celebrations this year to Rural Aid. Rural Aid is one of Australia's largest rural charities. Well known for their highly successful 'Buy a Bale' campaigns, the charity also provides financial assistance, water and counselling to farmers in times of drought, flood or fire.
Even better? December 10th is Annual Giving Day, where the charity's partners match every dollar donated. Whilst we are donating on your behalf, if you also are feeling generous and charitable this holiday season, why not contribute to the cause and donate a little extra for our mates in the bush?
Additionally, 2022 signals our 21st year of Creative Folks, and with this coming of age we want to continue supporting Rural Aid and incorporate their support with our 21st Birthday celebrations next July 1st. Keep a lookout for more details on that in the new year.
