WoodWing Elvis DAM and Creative Folks deliver results for Harrier National
Australian technology services company Creative Folks were recognised for the WoodWing Software Integration Award at their Xperience event as a result of their engagement with Harrier National.
Harrier is Australia and New Zealand’s leading Customer Retention Management partner to the Automotive industry. Through the use of cross-media marketing, CRM solutions and data management, Harrier provides dealerships of all sizes with the tools they need to improve and enhance customer relationships.
Creative Folks integrated Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WoodWing’s Elvis DAM for Harrier. As a result of the Creative Folks engagement, Harrier National launched its brand new dealer portal “Ignition”, allowing automated functions for efficiency and productivity.
